When you cancel your PrivateByRight VPN subscription:
- Your subscription stops auto-renewing.
- You retain full VPN access until the end of your current billing period.
- After your billing period ends, your account remains but you can no longer connect to the VPN.
- You can re-subscribe at any time from the Members Portal or the pricing page.
Cancelling renewal does not by itself delete the PrivateByRight account. Account data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention schedule. To fully delete your account, see How do I delete my account?
App Store subscriptions are billed and renewed by Apple. Cancelling renewal in Apple's Manage Subscriptions screen keeps service active until the end of the paid period.
