How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your PrivateByRight VPN subscription at any time through the Members Portal.

1. Log in to members.privatebyright.com.
2. Go to Subscription.
3. Click Cancel Subscription.
4. Confirm the cancellation.

Your VPN access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account remains but you will no longer be able to connect to the VPN.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you're within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, see our refund policy.
