You can cancel your PrivateByRight VPN subscription at any time through the Members Portal.
- Log in to members.privatebyright.com.
- Go to Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Your VPN access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account remains but you will no longer be able to connect to the VPN. Cancelling renewal does not by itself delete the PrivateByRight account.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you bought directly from PrivateByRight and you're within the 30-day money-back period, see our refund policy.
App Store subscriptions
App Store subscriptions are billed and renewed by Apple. Customers can view, change or cancel renewal in Apple's Manage Subscriptions screen. Cancelling renewal keeps service active until the end of the paid period and does not by itself delete the PrivateByRight account.
