What is the refund policy?

All new PrivateByRight VPN subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you're not satisfied with the service within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact support@privatebyright.com to request a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

After 30 Days

Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 30-day guarantee period, except as required by applicable law. This includes the 14-day statutory cooling-off period for UK consumers under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which applies to digital services purchased online.

When Refunds May Be Denied

• If you have previously claimed a refund from PrivateByRight VPN.
• If your account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
• In cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
