To request account deletion, email support@privatebyright.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.
We will process the deletion within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
What Gets Deleted
- Your email address and hashed password.
- Any account preferences and settings.
What Is Retained
- Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law.
Your VPN service will be terminated immediately upon account deletion. If you have an active subscription, you will not receive a refund for unused time (unless you are within the 30-day money-back guarantee period).
