If you see a charge from PrivateByRight or Javna Limited on your bank or card statement, it is most likely from a PrivateByRight VPN subscription.
Before contacting us, please check:
- Whether you or someone in your household signed up for a subscription.
- Your subscription status at members.privatebyright.com.
- Whether the charge date matches your subscription renewal date.
If You Believe the Charge Is Unauthorised
Contact support@privatebyright.com immediately with:
- Your email address (or the email you believe was used to sign up).
- The last 4 digits of the card that was charged.
- The date and amount of the charge.
Please do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us — we will resolve the issue quickly and a chargeback can complicate the process unnecessarily.
