Before contacting us, please check:

  • Whether you or someone in your household signed up for a subscription.
  • Your subscription status at members.privatebyright.com.
  • Whether the charge date matches your subscription renewal date.

If You Believe the Charge Is Unauthorised

Contact support@privatebyright.com immediately with:

  • Your email address (or the email you believe was used to sign up).
  • The last 4 digits of the card that was charged.
  • The date and amount of the charge.

Please do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us — we will resolve the issue quickly and a chargeback can complicate the process unnecessarily.
