PrivateByRight VPN operates a strict no-logs policy. We do not collect, store, or log any of the following:

Browsing activity or visited websites
DNS queries
Traffic data or content
Connection timestamps
Originating IP addresses
Bandwidth usage

RAM-Only Server Architecture

Our VPN servers use RAM-only architecture wherever possible. This means that all data on the servers is erased automatically on every reboot — there is no persistent storage that could be seized or compromised.

Independent Audit

Our no-logs policy is subject to independent third-party audit. Audit results will be published at www.privatebyright.com/transparency-hub.

What We Do Collect

We collect minimal account data necessary to provide the service: your email address, subscription status, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number). See our full Privacy Policy for details.
