We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide and maintain the service.
What We Collect
- Email address — for account creation and communication.
- Hashed password — for authentication. We never store your password in plain text.
- Subscription status — to determine your access level and billing period.
- Payment method type and billing records — processed via Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- Anonymous crash reports — opt-in only. These help us improve the app and contain no personally identifiable information.
What We Do NOT Collect
- Browsing history
- DNS queries
- Traffic content
- Bandwidth usage per user
We process limited connection metadata to create and remove VPN sessions. We use it only for that purpose, and we do not retain activity logs. We do not currently collect VPN metrics. If we introduce them, those metrics will be retained for one year. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
