If you cancelled your subscription but are still seeing charges, there are a few possible explanations:
- The charge was for the current period. If your subscription renewed before you cancelled, you will have been charged for that period. Cancellation stops future renewals — it does not reverse a charge that has already been made.
- You may have multiple accounts. Check whether a different email address was used to create a second subscription.
- The cancellation may not have completed. Log in to members.privatebyright.com and verify that your subscription status shows as cancelled.
If none of the above explains the charge, email support@privatebyright.com with your account email and the details of the charge. We will investigate and resolve it promptly.
