PrivateByRight VPN is operated by Javna Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales. We are subject to UK law.
Our Response to Legal Requests
If we receive a valid legal request from a competent authority, we comply with the law. We review all requests carefully and only comply with those that are legally valid and properly issued.
What We Can Provide
Due to our no-logs architecture, we are technically unable to provide:
- Browsing activity or visited websites
- Traffic data or content
- DNS queries
- Connection timestamps
- IP addresses used during VPN sessions
- Bandwidth usage
We do not collect or store this data, so we cannot hand it over even if ordered to do so.
What We May Provide
In response to a valid legal order, we may be required to provide: email address, subscription status, and billing records (as held by Stripe).
