- Go to members.privatebyright.com.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email. If it doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
- Click the reset link in the email.
- Set a new password.
For a strong password, use at least 12 characters with a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using the same password across multiple services.
